Return and exchange policy.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed individually under Ukrainian consumer law and our Public Offer. Contact chat or support@sharkstyle.cc within a reasonable time after delivery.
Good-quality items must be unworn, with tags, and in the same condition unless agreed otherwise with a manager. Return shipping costs are agreed separately.
For manufacturing defects or mismatch with the agreed description we offer replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
