Privacy Policy

1. General

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed on sharkstyle.cc and related SharkStyle services.

It is prepared in line with Ukrainian law on personal data protection, consumer rights, and other applicable rules in Ukraine.

By using the site, placing an order, registering an account, or using chat, you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

2. Data we collect

We collect only data needed to run the store, fulfill orders, provide support, analytics, and security:

• Visitor identifier (ss_vid cookie and localStorage) — session linking, attribution, and abuse prevention.
• Order data: name, phone, city, branch/address, cart contents, total, delivery and payment method, notes.
• Shop account: nickname; PIN is stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text.
• Chat messages, optional chat name, product context, technical chat session token.
• Marketing attribution: UTM tags, fbclid, Meta cookies (_fbc, _fbp), landing path, referrer, channel (web, Telegram Mini App, etc.), events (views, cart, checkout, registration, chat).
• Technical and antifraud data: IP address, event type (visit, order, chat, failed login), page path, User-Agent — up to 90 days.
• Interface language (locale cookie).
• Meta Conversions API (CAPI) events when enabled — e-commerce events per Meta settings.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to:

• Enter and perform the sales contract (orders, confirmation, delivery, returns).
• Provide customer support (chat, Telegram, email).
• Register and authenticate your account.
• Keep order records and meet tax and accounting requirements.
• Measure visits and ad performance (when Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are enabled).
• Protect legitimate interests: fraud prevention, abuse, rate limits.
• Send service messages about order status via channels you use.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies (visitor ID, session, locale) are required for the site to work.

Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) apply only when those integrations are enabled. You may restrict cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to what is needed to operate the store:

• Hosting and infrastructure for sharkstyle.cc — traffic processing as a processor/authorized party.
• Nova Poshta — delivery using your details (name, phone, city, branch).
• Telegram — if you use the bot or Mini App; messages and IDs per Telegram’s policy.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — when NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is set.
• Meta Platforms (Pixel, Conversions API) — when ad integration is enabled; hashed identifiers and events may be sent.
• Public authorities — only where required by law or court order.

6. Retention

Retention depends on the category:

• Order data — for contract performance, disputes, and accounting (typically at least 3 years from the transaction unless law requires longer).
• Chat — until the request is closed and for a reasonable support history unless you ask for earlier deletion.
• Marketing events and touches (UTM, visitor_id) — up to 24 months or until the analytics purpose is met.
• Antifraud signals (IP, security events) — up to 90 days.
• Visitor ID (ss_vid) — up to 90 days from last activity unless linked to an active account.
• Account data — until deletion on request unless we must keep data by law.

7. Your rights

Under Ukrainian law you may:

• Know sources and location of processing and the purpose of processing.
• Receive information on access conditions.
• Access your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request deletion or restriction where no other legal ground requires continued processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (e.g. marketing if introduced).
• Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. Security

We use organizational and technical measures: HTTPS, restricted admin access, PIN hashing, API rate limits, security event logging.

No internet transmission is fully secure; we apply reasonable measures for the nature of processing.

9. Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact support@sharkstyle.cc if you believe we have.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy; the current version is always on this page with the update date.
